Minimalist Modern Back to the creator
Design preset

Minimalism that makes a statement.

Few elements, each sized boldly. Where another system reaches for a safe grey, this one uses a single electric blue — and uses it rarely enough that it still means something.

What the preset decides

Restraint, then confidence

One gradient, used rarely

It marks a single word of a headline, one class of button, one featured border. Applied to everything it stops signalling importance and becomes wallpaper.

Two voices

A warm display face carries personality on headlines; a neutral sans does every other job with clarity. The conversation between them is the identity.

Shadows that are lit

The primary action carries an accent-tinted shadow rather than a neutral one, so it reads as emitting light instead of merely being coloured.

Detail

Asymmetry is the design

The hero runs 1.1 to 0.9, not 50/50. The featured tier floats above its siblings. Perfect symmetry is predictable; a deliberate imbalance is what separates "correct" from "designed".

1.1 / 0.9

The text column is subtly dominant, so the eye starts where the words are rather than in the middle.

Elevated tier

The highlighted plan breaks the row rather than wearing a badge — position carries the emphasis.

Corner glows

Large, soft, 6% opacity. Felt rather than seen, and what stops a flat canvas feeling empty.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is this a mock-up or the real thing?
A specimen, hand-built to the preset's specification so the style can be seen whole rather than as a thumbnail. The preset itself is a set of WordPress Theme Settings; a generated site inherits the palette, the type pairing and the surfaces. The finer detail here — the gradient text, the accent-tinted shadows, the elevated tier — is still being folded into the preset and is not all emitted automatically yet.
Why so little of the accent?
Because its job is to signal. A gradient on every heading and button carries no information — it just becomes the background. Used on one word, one button class and one border, it still means "this one matters".
Is the grey text safe?
Just. The muted grey measures 4.50:1 on this canvas, which is exactly the AA threshold with no margin at all. It is a floor rather than a target: if the canvas is warmed or the grey lightened, it has to be re-measured rather than assumed.
